How to Order
We require a written order (fax, email or hard copy) with your company order number clearly displayed.
Payment Policy
In order to offer you the best possible prices we have the following policy in place, our aim is to have a simple and cost effective system which is simple and cheap to run (we would prefer to save you money rather than give a percentage to someone else).
Sales
For all cabin and container sales we require payment in full and cleared funds in our account prior to delivery.
Hire
For new customers we require the first 4 weeks and delivery and collection charges in advance. However for larger organisations (Limited companies or PLCs) with an excellent credit rating we can normally set up an account (although this might take a few days). Once you have an account we expect payment within 30 days, and so long as you keep your account within these terms we will continue to invoice you monthly. We raise all hire invoices on the last Friday of the month and therefore hire invoices will be for either 4 or 5 weeks depending on how it falls.
If you have any queries or problems with payments then you must let us know, please contact us at the soonest opportunity and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you do not keep up with payments then you will receive 1 phone call and 1 letter, before receiving a solicitors letter advising you of forthcoming legal action, we routinely use county court judgements for bad payers as they increase our costs for all customers which is not fair.
How to pay us:
- Cheque, the cheque sent in the post remains a reliable and effective way of cheaply paying for goods, although it can be a bit slow.
- Bank transfer, this is cheapest quickest way to pay us
Online – use our account details (below) to pay the required funds through your internet or business banking
At the counter – take our account details to your bank and make the necessary arrangements, we bank with Barclays and most banks are able to transfer money free of charge and for same day clearance.
CHAPs payment – these are no longer needed as most banks are offering same day transfers free of charge
- Credit Card – if you insist we can accept credit cards through Paypal, however they will charge us 4% which we feel is unnecessary, and as we always offer the best possible price we will have to add this amount to your invoice.
- Come and see us – We really enjoy meeting customers and if its convenient please call in and see us, you can drop in a cheque and we will even offer you a coffee!
